Your wedding plan sheet, synced to Google Calendar
Wedding planners juggle dozens of dates per couple: venue walkthroughs, cake tastings, florists, fittings, the rehearsal and the big day. Most keep them in a spreadsheet, then retype every single one into Google Calendar. Calgrid connects the two so you only type it once.
An example sheet
| Title | When | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Venue walkthrough | Nov 2, 10:00 | Villa Rosa |
| Cake tasting | Nov 3, 15:00 | Sweet Layers Bakery |
| Dress fitting | Nov 5, 13:00 | Atelier Blanca |
| Rehearsal dinner | Nov 6, 19:00 | Casa Olivo |
How it works
- Keep one sheet per couple (or one tab per wedding) with title, start, end and location.
- Extensions → Calgrid → Connect a calendar. Pick a calendar such as "Weddings".
- Every row becomes an event. Move the cake tasting in Calendar and the sheet updates itself.
Questions
Can my assistant see the same calendar?
Yes. Share the Google Calendar with your team as usual; Calgrid keeps it filled from the sheet.
What if the couple changes a date?
Change it in the sheet or in Calendar. Calgrid updates the other one, without duplicates.
Do I need to change my spreadsheet?
No. Keep your own columns and formulas. Calgrid only needs a title, start and end.
Stop typing the same schedule twice. Calgrid keeps Google Sheets and Google Calendar in sync, both ways. Try it free for 14 days →
