Terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Calgrid, a Google Workspace™ add-on that syncs Google Sheets™ and Google Calendar™. By installing or using Calgrid you agree to them.
1. The service
Calgrid creates, updates and deletes calendar events based on your spreadsheet, and updates your spreadsheet based on your calendar, as you configure it. You are responsible for what you put in your spreadsheet and calendar and for reviewing what Calgrid will change. Keep in mind that deleting rows can delete their events.
2. Plans and payment
The free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and may add applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. If Calgrid doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Calgrid to break the law, to send spam invitations, or in a way that violates Google's terms. We may suspend access for abuse.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep Calgrid reliable, but it depends on Google's services and may sometimes be unavailable. We may improve or change features. If we ever discontinue a paid plan, we will refund the unused part of your subscription.
5. No warranty and limits of liability
Calgrid is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Google Sheets' version history and Google Calendar's trash can help you recover changes.
6. Privacy
How Calgrid handles data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Contact
